When I try to install Office standard VL on Windows 10 version, it would show a similar image as below. It doesn’t have error code. I think what I bought is Office Standard VL, but when I executed the downloaded file, it shows the following message. Maybe what I bought isn’t Office standard VL? We are suddenly could not install Visio in any of the computer in our organization. Its always throwing the above error! We first thought it could be individual pc issue but it seems it does not work with other laptop too! We had to uninstall Visio to reinstall back Office. It seems both cant be install together! We tried the same to Windows 7 and Windows 10 laptop and same luck!

Is it any new patches causing this issue? Any help to solve this mystry will be greatly appreciated. BTW we tried to install Visio and same fate! What’s your detailed Office version you have installed on your computer?
