They reccomended to contact with Windows or graphic card developer. I don’t think that it’s an issue with your graphics card.

I’m guessing that you already tried reinstall the app. If so, you may submit a feedback on the app either from the app’s interface itself or from Windows Store. This will let their developers know that this issue is present in this specific version. I’m guessing in the meantime, you may continue to enjoy your subscription by watching movies from a browser.
